Here's the picture of #8097 Slave 1. I didn't own any Slave 1 so I do not know about the size whether it gets bigger or so but the color tone is darker compare to the one release in year 2006 (if I remember correctly).
You can see the carbonite on the right, in between Han Solo and Bossk and the new Jango Fett.
