LEGO Minifig Timeline

For minifigs lover or collector, here'sa link where you can view the timeline of your beloved LEGO minifigs. Since the minifigs is already 30 years old now (older than me), here's a quick peak of when which theme of minifigs come in to our world and leave.

Gizmodo has made an article regarding LEGO Minifig Timeline with some interesting pictures of minifigs (there are some minifigs that I didn't see before). Below is the link to the article and enjoy:

New Pirates sets Images.

Here's some new Pirates pictures that I left out from the last post and now here they are. Again, let us start from the smallest to the biggest set.

Above are the Impulse set pictures. Suitable for army building fans and kids too.

Not all sets pictures are uploaded above as I didn't manage to find that set picture. Still I am curious about that set as we might be getting the female pirate minifig from that set, the only set that have it up to date. I think that set will be an exclusive set again.

Images are taken from Brickshelf.

Darth Vader's TIE Fighter pictures.

Here's some pictures of the Vader's TIE that will be release next year. It looks small

Front view

Side view

Rear view

Below

As we can see, there are a few new pieces needed to be stick with decal (hopefully is printed brick) and looks like the lightsaber will be keep below the fighter. The set looks not bad, but I think there is not much pieces.

2009 on!

Pictures were taken from Brickshelf.

LEGO Indiana Jones and LEGO Star Wars

Below are LEGO Indiana Jones box art. There are a lot of changes made from the premlim pictures to the new pictures. Now the plane looks better and of course nice color scheme while the bad guy no more uses starfish (Patrick) torso.

#7682 Shanghai Chase

#7683 Fight on the Flying Wing

While below here are pictures of LEGO Star Wars box art. This time they are different, with more detail pictures.
#8014 Clone Walker Battle Pack

#8015 Assasin Droids Battle Pack

#8016 Hyena Droid Bomber

#8017 Darth Vader's TIE Fighter

#8018 Amored Assault Tank

#8019 Republic Attack Shuttle

Looks like Yoda and Mace Windu has new face which looks cuter and uglier. What to do, is Clone Wars, an animated series. Yoda really looks weird. While for Darth Vader, we get the same one with the #10188 Death Star. While #8018 AAT we get another Battle Droid.

While below here are something new to us, we did not see this set before but just heard of it. The set is #7751 Ashoka's Starfighter and Vulture Droid, hopefully this is not another Toys'R'Us exclusive.

#7751 Ashoka's Starfighter and Vulture Droid

The Starfighter looks better than Anakin one. Besides, you get new droids and Ashoka with metallic lightsaber hilt (I guess).

LEGO Spongebob 2009

Below are pictures of LEGO Spongebob box art again. LEGO has redesign the box art ( I guess, not really into Spongebob myself) and judging from the pictures, is a disappointment as the building is more like a studio background, as they are empty at the back.

#3833 Krusty Krab Adventures

#3834 Good Neighbours at Bikini Bottom

Looks like Squidward (forgive me if I'm wrong)has a new head piece which makes him looks more accurate as shown in the cartoon. Looks like Spongebob suddenly have a pin on top of his head too.

LEGO Power Miners Box Art

Now, here's some a little high resolution pictures of this new theme and the rock monster are called Rockmoster (what a name that LEGO gives), a creative name other than golem.

#8956 Stone Chopper

#8957 Mine Mech

#8958 Granite Grinder

#8959 Claw Digger

#8960 Thunder Driller

#8961 Crystal Sweeper

Another clearer view of this coming new theme. All the pictures are still the same and no changes unlike Bionicle, there are some changes done on the box art. Anyway is still better to have a clearer view than nothing.

LEGO Bionicle 2009 Box Art

LEGO Bionicle fans, next year as you know Bionicle Glatorian will be release and here's some shot of the coming LEGO Bionicle Glatorian set, a front box shot of course. At least you guys can take a better view of each of them and together with their name.
Let us go start from the smallest set to the biggest set:

#8972 Atakus

#8971 Raanu

#8974 Tarouk

8975 Berix

#8976 Metus

#8977 Zesk

#8978 Skrall

#8979 Malum
#8980 Gresh
#8981 Tarix

#8982 Strakk

#8983 Vorox

#8990 Fero & Skirmix

#8991 Tuma

The pictures above has show all the Bionicle sets that we know up to date. You guys might want to have a clearer look to decide which will be your favourite. I personally like the Vorox and Strakk but the red one Malum looks huge in the pictures.

LEGO raffle

Say, is raffle can be done here? Is it legal in Malaysia or otherwise?

Raffle is a form of lottery in which a number of persons buy one or more chances to win a prize.

As for LEGO raffle, you know what is the prize, LEGO of course and the price of the ticket is depends on the LEGO set that will be the prize.

Is there anyone interested? Of course you have to pay to get your ticket.

Please leave your idea in the comment place or whether you are interested or not.

2009 Technic Sets Pics

While here is some new 2009 Technic set. I like the white one, it looks great!

Does that yellow truck has pneumatic piece? It looks like it has one though.

Anyone, go-kart? Tiny but neat, is a nice model too.

This is the white bike I'm talking about. It looks great, especially when LEGO blend white, with dark blue, red and black. Seriously, it looks great and it seems to have some sort of spring. or suspension. You can play it on any terrain.

By the way does this comes with a motorized version? =P

More pictures~ including Vader's TIE

The picture below shown you the 10th anniversary Vader's TIE Advance. I suppose it looks the same, maybe a little better than the previous release and it is grey in color.

New Vader's TIE

While here is a clearer pictures of the Star Wars minifgs. These pictures are definitely better than the one in the previous post

#10188 Death Star minifigures

Clone Wars minifigs

From what is shown in the pictures, i can see that the new lightsaber hilt is metallic color instead of grey, perhaps there will be some new set release that include Ashoka and Plo Koon together with the new lightsaber hilt.
