I'm not sure how's this year LEGO Ninjago is doing. I do see some cool vehicles but at the same time, there are no cool dragon which is the reason why some of the fans stop buying this theme. Anyway, a review has been put up at Bricks Review on this year Ninjago set.

Just look at the new design of this ninja, it looks so cool! Actually I never own any yet and that profile pics of mine was actually not mine. Perhaps is time for me to start buying a few of the Ninjago set.

I couldn't agree more this set really is overpriced locally and by looking at the review there are not much of a playability in this set. Link to the review is right below the picture.

LEGO Exlcusive Lex Luthor with LEGO Batman 2 Game

Found this news from Brickset, and is currently only in Australia for those that pre-order the LEGO Batman 2 Game. Guess I can call this Lex Luthor an exclusive minifigs since it comes with the game. I can foresee the coming licensed theme game from LEGO will comes with an exclusive minifigs.

The armor that Lex is wearing should be the same with the Galaxy Patrols armor in Series 7 minifigs just a different color. But is always cool to own some exclusive minifigs sometimes.

New Stock at Brick Bastion

Just to share some news from Brick Bastion LEGO online store. they have replenish with new stocks for a week or two but I forget to update them here. The new sets added were the Bricks, Creators, City and the ultimate collector series. But what I will highlight here is:

 #10220 Volkswagen T1 Camper Van
Price: RM499.90
(reasonable right?)

#10221 Super Star Destroyer
Price: RM1999.90

Do check out what they have for Creators, City and Bricks. Most of the item are given a 10% off in Brick Bastion except for the Minifig Series.

Plus you get free shipping if you buy RM250 worth of goods from them or RM7 flat shipping rate and points.

I've bought from them several time, the boss himself a collector but I suppose fans always afraid of damaged box if purchase online but afraid not, they nicely packed it before they ship the item out.

LEGO Technic 2012 Price for Malaysia

For local LEGO Technic fans, here's the price list of the upcoming set that is going to be released this March. Keep an eye of them at Brick Bastion since I get this updates from the community.

#9390 Mini Tow Truck - RM 59.90
#9391 Tracked Crane - RM79.90
#9392 Quad Bike - RM119.90
#9394 Jet Plane - RM239.90
#9395 Pick-up Tow Truck - RM349.90
#9397 Logging Truck - RM499.90

I think is pretty well priced, especially the  #9397 Logging Truck. Do watch out your budget this month if you are some one who is always up to date.

LEGO Super Heroes Magnet

Here's the DC magnet set. Batman, Robin and Joker which is quite a popular minifigs among the fans.

Let's not just think of the cons of the magnet set, look from the bright side is that if all you need is for display, just grab them and put a piece of large metal board on the wall. All you need is to stick them on it and move them to your liking when new additions of minifigs are available.

New LEGO Star Wars Magnets

Is cool to see some rare character appearing on magnet set but the bad news here is that they are glued to the magnet base, otherwise it is sure one hell of a way to cut your cost in collecting Star Wars minifigs.

It would be just great if these minifigs are not glued. But hey, if you do not mind, you can unglued them and bought a pair of new leg to replace them.

New LEGO Encyclopedia and Dictionary

Lately, I've cut down my time on visiting LEGO related sites and so here's some updates found from Bricsket on the upcoming LEGO encyclopedia and dictionary with minifig:

Not sure how much content will be in both this book, especially the Batman: The Visual Dictionary since the theme do not have much set released. Ninjago: Character Encyclopedia on the other hand i believe will have show us a lot of minifigs considering the amount of the snakes that will be release this year.

While this, Harry Potter Characters of the Magical World might be the character encyclopedia also comes with a minifig. I suppose these three books are the prioritize one unless the sticker book comes with minifigs too.
