Missed out this set in the last post.
This set was released in Malaysia too and it cost RM580 a piece in Toys'R'Us (yea, is a nett price unless you wait until sales time or when you redeem your voucher with your points), more expensive than the #7665 Republic Cruiser as much as RM30. Besides, this set is nothing specia as all the minifigs can be attain in other popular set like #7675 AT-TE (I bet all the Star Wars fans will grab it right) except for the R2 (but R2 can be easily attain too, nothing rare).
Besides, #7665 Republic Cruiser has more rare minifigs than this set and definitely more worth than this set. But not everyone has the same taste, this set looks a little like the B-wing but it is more bulky. One good point of this set is that it has all da big big base plate and that's all, as there is not much of design in the interior.
As for the price, it can be said as more reasonable than the #7681 Separatist Spider Droid, as the price per piece is lower compare to that set. But I still prefer #7665 Republic Cruiser than this set as there are this green R2 unit, the new pilots, flesh tone Qui Gon and also young Obi (which I think it has the same face with Luke Skywalker, twins they are) and of course the dark red pieces.
Anyway, the final decision is still with you.
