LEGO 2010 Theme

Next year there will be a few new theme and also a few theme will end for awhile and forever. As for next year, there will be:

- Kingdom, a theme replacing Castle,

- World Racers, some racing theme with minifigs,

-also an unknown theme, which I'm not sure of the theme that will replace Bionicle,

and other theme that we already know like Ben10, Prince of Persia, Toy Story, Atlantis.

LEGO Power Miners #8709 Underground Mining Station Available at Toys"R"Us

For Malaysian LEGO Power Miners fans, #8709 Underground Mining Station is now available at Toys"R"Us and it seems to be a limited edition set. So again, if you want to get a set for yourself, you have to visit Toys"R"Us near you again.

It seems a little fast for the set to arrive here, even the Space Police #5980 Squidman Pitstop.
Regarding the price, it is RM350 if I'm not mistaken.

LEGO Star Wars site finally gets it new looks and of course it is still Clone Wars version like what we saw in the box art. On top of that, they have also updated the products available in it, but too bad no Tantive IV though.

Today, 09-09-09, we have got a new Malaysia online LEGO community which is Bricksmal. Now, we all have one place to stop by to talk about our favourite plastic bricks and share our collection.

LEGO Fair 2009

Finally, Malaysia starting to get their own LEGO fair, but still it is a small one. Anyway, this LEGO fair has been held at KLCC Center Court starting 2nd June. For those unlucky people (like me) who wasn't able to attend might want to see some picture of the world 7 Wonder MOC (I guess they are).

Since the event held at KLCC, there are also Petronas Twin Tower MOC which look quite accurate but it is way too big to be inserted in one picture.




All I got to say is that all this MOC are awesome, especially the Petra Treasury and Colosseum which is very detail. KLCC MOC are not bad too, which I think it need a lot of patience to build it.

Also there are 15% off on some LEGO set especially Pirates set. So if you are there, just drop by to see this cool sculpture.

LEGO Ben 10 in Spring 2010

As above title, LEGO has got the license for Ben 10, the popular cartoon among kids today. I wonder what can LEGO do with Ben 10. Will LEGO create a lot of minifig to represent each monster? All this are left mystery and we will find out soon, which is next year.
