According to FBTB, the SDCC exclusive for The Hobbits is build a Bilbo Baggins minifigs which needed the participant to go around the SDCC and find the right booth to get the minifigs part. Map were supplied to the participants too.
The pouch seems interesting but I think this activity is over already. For those that get them, you are just so so lucky and congrats!
