The coming Creator #7346 Seaside House looks pretty good and is already been revealed in Brickset. Although the picture are not so detailed yet, but is very much big and clear:

Seems cool although is a pretty small house, but I'm sure you can expand this house adding another set into it. I believe people will buy it, after all Creator house looks good all this while.
