Eurobricks got pictures of the rumored set now and this year winter set turn out to be a post office. Below is a picture taken from Eurobricks:

Sooner or later we will have a clearer picture of this set, but the picture here seems good enough for us to see how it was design. So far, we have toy shop and bakery that were released last year and this year the post office.
