Upcoming LEGO Galaxy Squad Pictures

Finally there are picture of actual model of the upcoming playset from the Galaxy Squad play theme. After seeing them, I can only said they are awesome though the Titan are not exactly what I've expected.

From German toy fair From German toy fair

I see some new minifig, like the new insect, nothing much known about the bug vehicle but the titan have a removable space ship install on it and the cockpit are are spacious. I do see some old design come back which is good, but I think they are still lacking of the playability.

LEGO Star Wars #75018 Jek-14 Stealth Starfighter Minifig Picture

One out of the four minifigure from  #75018 Jek-14 Stealth Starfighter has been revealed. More new minifigs to collect. Currently there is only one minifigure been revealed and the helmet is a newly printed  Storm Trooper helmet.

Is hard to tell how much each of this minifigure will cost and is all depend on the price of the playset. I hope they will all be revealed during the upcoming toy fair.

LEGO Creator #31008 Thunder Wings Review

Another review has been posted on Brickset today. ince my main focus is on the minifigs, this theme are not my focus but color wise and part wise seems tempting.

31008 Front Angle

From what I heard, if you are looking for parts or MOCer, Creator theme is always the best choice as the theme provide you with good amount of bricks other than cool useful part. So in average the parts will not cost you much of your money and you can have the pleasure to build anything you want and definitely useful for kids whereby their creativity are not bounded by play theme.

LEGO DC Super Heroes #76002 Superman's Metropolis Showdown Pictures

Is the last day of January and one month gone, in this one month a lot of new thing surfaces the website, probably due to the toy fair which you can pretty much check everything out through FBTB. Anyway, below is the picture of the upcoming #76002 Superman's Metropolis Showdown:

76002 Superman: Metropolis Showdown
76002 Superman: Metropolis Showdown

This is the cheapest set to get your super hero and the super villain. My opinion? It let me felt that this set comes with a good number of parts especially when you have a car and of course the great new two minifigs. Maybe we should stock some of this up.

More Upcoming LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Ironman Minifig

Another Ironman minifig has been exposed today, maybe yesterday and now we get to take a look at Ironman Mk42. This is really cool right?

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man

From the picture, it seems that the helmet are still the same with the old one, whether is Mk6 or Mk7. Anyway, it is something worth collecting though only the torso and leg print are different.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Ironman

Another minifigs from the upcoming Ironman playset has been revealed. No idea which mark it is but well, new prints that makes all the differences. Anyone wants one?

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man 2013 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man 2013 LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man 2013

And on the other hand, something which is not new anymore and has been revealed for quite some times already, the new War Machine that will appear in Ironman 3. Too bad, they do not release the War Machine in Ironman 2 which is round chested and gattling gun at the back of it.

LEGO Star Wars 2013 #75018 and #75019 Picture

Hoth Bricks updated their new post with a the pictures of upcoming #75018 and #75019.  I'm not sure if there are any prelim over there but is just too small to see them. Anyway, the picture is good enough for you to see the vehicle.

75018 LEGO Star Wars Jek-14's Stealth Starfighter 75019 LEGO Star Wars AT-TE

I like the look of the AT-TE and for both the set, I can't wait to see the clearer picture of the minifigs. From the looks of it, they looks cool. Wonder how it actually turns out when the time comes. I suppose there is nothing that we would wanna miss. On the side note, in case the picture is broken, it must mean it has been removed.

LEGO Technic #42007 Motorcross Bike Review

I'm not a fans for Technic myself but sometimes they do have a pretty nice set which unfortunately I have to skip to them too due to budget constraint. If you would like to get one, but still undecided, here's a review from Brickset.

42007 Motocross bike

I know they release one not long ago or maybe time flies and I do not realize it's actually been a couple of year. For those that have missed the previous version, maybe the year 2008 one, is a good time to snap one up now. This new one looks a little identical to the previous one.

LEGO Star Wars #75011 Tantive IV and Alderaan Review

The planet series is not officially release to the public yet but some places are lucky enough to get them earlier than the others. Brickset again made a review on the Series 4 planet set #75011 Tantive IV and Alderaan.

75011 Tantive IV and Alderaan

The Tantive IV looks quite big though is still consider mini-scale since there are quite a number that actually looks not so mini and for those that are planning to get rebel minifig, here's your chance if you happen to miss the advent calendar. I think they they have different or so too, I cannot recall.

LEGO Minifigures Series 10

We have heard of it and even see picture (which we suspect are from series 10) of the series 10. But what is new and what we does not know of until recently is that there might be an exclusive minifig in the box that that you try to get your the minifigs of your choice.

As long as there are 16 complete minifigs it will be fine by me, but to others, completing the minifigure series is to have everything that the series ever release and this will be a very tough one, especially the 5000 golden minifig.

Image from Hoth Bricks.

LEGO Batman: The Movie

Here's another exclusive minifig from LEGO made movie. Somehow, you are going to get Clark Kent while buying Batman The Movie. Below picture taken from FBTB:

LEGO Batman: The Movie

I believe the prints in every minifigs is the only things that matters since the prints are the only one let us differentiate the minifigs from one and another. Am very interested with this one, looks nice and indeed will be very useful, especially to those that have Superman with them.

Image from FBTB.

LEGO Star Wars The Empire Strikes Out

We see the dictionary comes with an exclusive minifigs, then the games and now the movie. So, TLG will be selling The Empire Strikes Out with an exclusvie Darth Vader minifigs this round.

The above picture shows Darth Vader with his medal that was awarded in the cartoon. I think I can live without having this since I miss some of the exclusive minifigs like young Han Solo and Luke from the dictionary (suddenly cannot recall the name). Are you getting one?

LEGO Ninjago #70500 Kai's Fire Mech Review

Here's another review posted in Brickset I think a couple of days ago, which is on one of the latest and smallest playset from the Ninjago theme, #70500 Kai's Fire Mech. Picture below are taken from Brickset:

70500 Kai's Fire Mech from above

This is one small and neatly design mech, in other words, my eyes like how this mech looks though sticker are needed. The two new minifigs looks pretty nice to me as well, nice prints and something to collect again. But am a bit sad to see the parts from Hero Factory starting to go into the other playset. Which is a no no for me.

LEGO Star Wars #75009 Snowspeeder and Hoth Review

Chinese New Year is around the corner and we are all busy spring cleaning our house and being left out with a lot of updates lately. Here's a quick one, a review on a series 4 planet set by Brickset:

75009 Snowspeeder and Hoth

The Snowspeeder looks very good and I think the size is not that small considering the size of the cannon on it. Now looking at it again, seems like these planet series is quite a good set for those that have limited budget but wanted to build a battle scene. They do looks good in large quantity and from far sometimes. Nothing new for the pilot helmet, but new torso and leg I believe.

LEGO TMNT #79100 Kraang Lab Escape Review

This new theme is at the same time attractive and not attractive. Why? The only things that attracts me are only the minifigs, which is the turtles, other than that is a bit disappointed. I just don't like the look of the playset and the vehicle.

79100 - Box Front

The above picture are taken from Brickset review, which is on the smallest playset and also one of the playset that I think I am interested with. Frankly speaking, I'm only targeting only three sets out of the six sets released by LEGO which is half of the line. I think this small set is not that bad since we get a number translucent piece and overall design looks neat.

LEGO City #60018 Cement Mixer Review

Brickset uploaded a new review on the page today, though not much of the pictures, but the pictures over there pretty much said it all about the playability. Short and brief but informative enough for you to evaluate the set yourself.

60018 Cement Mixer

What I like is that the cement mixer is getting more accurate than before which is an improvement I would say.  Though I do not collect City line, but I like the rear of the cement mixer very much with all the chute added (there are no such thing in the previous release). Now it looks more like a real cement mixer.

LEGO Star Wars #75008 TIE Bomber and Asteroid Field Review

My question were answered after I see the picture of this set since they said asteroid field. Well is not really a planet for a field or even the asteroid itself. I was thinking that the planet will have the asteroid print but end up it was a field with little asteroid instead of one big asteroid.

75008 Tie Bomber and Asteroid Field

I thought the new pilot will have printed leg but it turn out to be normal blank leg. However, we can see that the minifig a little different from the previous version. Again, it is the new minifig. The small TIE Bomber seems good too, well at least the shape is there.

LEGO Star Wars #75007 Republic Attack Ship and Coruscant Review

Here's another review been made by Brickset, LEGO Star Wars #75007 Republic Attack Ship and Coruscant. Image below taken from Brickset:

75007 Republic Attack Ship and Coruscant

Building episode II Clone army now should not be very easy at all. Only two set have this minifigs and yet they come in one per set. This is another set to get your minifigs but I would suggest you the battle pack itself since it has more minifigs. Anyway, you would not want to miss this set too although the planet seems a little cartoonish.

LEGO Star Wars #75006 Jedi Starfighter and Kamino Review

Seems tough to dig something new lately, especially news on the latest or the upcoming playset. Anyway, Brickset keep us updated with the small and simple LEGO Star Wars planet series review:

75006 Jedi Starfighter and Kamino

This is definitely a new minifigs because I have not seen this minifigs in the past. New though not rare yet since we can easily buy the planet set and get one of this. The small Jedi Starfighter are very well done too. Guess this series is something we can look forward for.

LEGO Mindstorm EV3

I suppose this release is the hottest news at the moment, the new Mindstorm EV3. Below is a picture from engadget:

I would not say the servo looks better or what but it definitely looks more evil compare to the two previous version. Nevermind the ugliness of it, what's important here is the technology that are more advance. Anyway, this one is a little pricey and is set to release by the second half of this year.

I think you guys might pretty interested to read the press release.

LEGO Star Wars #75010 B-wing and Endor Review

Here's a fresh review posted by Brickset today on the new LEGO Star Wars planet set, #75010 B-wing and Endor. Image below are taken from Brickset:

75010 B Wing and Endor

The set packing itself is interesting and this set do provide you with a more detailed minifigs of the pilot which is printed leg. The B-wing is also something to praise about well, with a small playability, which is a mode change. This new collectibles for LEGO Star Wars theme is somewhat interesting at one point and they are getting more and more interesting. Thinking to collect this small ball playset now but I guess is pretty late for me to start from Series 1.

LEGO Creator #10232 Palace Cinema Picture

Due to the very busy schedule of mine, I have missed some pretty cool news that are surfacing the community and even the website. Here's an update that is quite outdated for now.

10232-4

We all are dying to see the interior when we first saw the picture, and not long after that we get to see the interior of this modular. I would not say I'm impress with the interior but rather disappointed but the exterior is something to be like about. So we do need fork out some creativity to expand this cinema and renovate the interior that meet our expectation. That is what LEGO for I think.

LEGO The Lone Ranger Polybag Picture

Seems like most of theme have their own unique polybag set as promotional items which is pretty cool I my opinion. Below is the picture of the polybag set from the upcoming theme by TLG, The Lone Ranger:

#30260 Lone Ranger’s Pump Car & #30261 Tonto's Campfire

My opinion? These two polybag looks promising to me and one of the way to get these cool minifigs.
Polybag set are usually small and simple with one or no playability at all. However, that do not stop people from buying them as we get those unique minifigs or even parts from the polybag set. On top of that it is suitable for you to play with it when you do not have much mood to build on the big set.

LEGO Marverl Super Heroes #30167 Iron Man vs. Fighting Drone Picture

We are suspecting that this is what contains inside the polybag of #30167 Iron Man vs. Fighting Drone.  Is good to those lucky people that can get them for free or at least a good price but definitely not our local. Below is the image release by TRU HK:

#30167 Iron Man vs. Fighting Drone

Though the picture has not yet been photoshop but we seen picture of this set will be given away by TRU HK for a certain amount of LEGO purchase. I'm not sure to be happy about this or not but, is MKVI again and MKVII still get to preserve his rarity. I don't mind to bought a few set of this if the price were right. Definitely people gonna mark up the price as high as possible for this set.

LEGO The Hobbit #79010 The Goblin King Battle Review

I believe this is something fresh from Bricks Review on New Year. At the moment it seems to be the largest set from The Hobbit line. Below is the picture taken from Bricks Review:

IMG_2764

There are a lot of cool pictures taken and I think is a pretty long review. If you planning to get this set, perhaps you might want to take a look at it. This set is no doubt comes with a lot of accessories and cool minifigs, which is some collectibles to have all the 12 Dwarves. The playability seems good too. Part wise I'm not too sure but there seems to be a lot of stickers needed to make it looks better.

LEGO Legends of Chima #70001 Crawley's Claw Ripper Review

This are the other reviews on Legends of Chima that Brickset has written about. Below image is taken from the review:

70001 Crawley's Claw Ripper

If possible I would try to avoid myself from collecting this series, but the minifigs are just awesome and I believe some of the set fall in an affordable range which is average, not too expensive or not too cheap.

LEGO Legends of Chima #70000 Razcal's Glider Mini Review

Brickset posted a few short review on the new Chima set,  So if you are in rush or something the review is quite suitable, short and straight to the point.

70000 Razcal's Glider

There seems to be some promo pack released for this theme and other than this set I think they are a pretty good set to own some especially to find yourself an affordable Legends of Chima minifigs which is unique in a lot of ways, like new gears and headgear and prints.

LEGO Architecture #21017 Imperial Hotel

Here's the pictures of the next Architecture set that are coming this year, the Imperial Hotel.

#21017 Imperial Hotel

Not much of a thing to comment about this architecture set, but I feel that it looks very good though it is small. By the looks of it, you can very much relate to the real thing.
