New LEGO Ninjago Promo Pack

Thanks to Brickset, I see new pictures of LEGO Ninjago promo pack like set today. The theme will have new promo pack which I think will release next year or the end of the year.

The two pictures on the left is definitely something worth looking forward while the last picture. . . . Too bad we cannot find these small set in our local retail unless we source them at Evilbay at quite some price.

LEGO Ninjago 2012 Minifigs

Not something new, but just in case anyone who also miss these out (like me). Here's a reference that will be useful to you guys since all we see up until now is the box art not the actual minifigs.

I'm not really sure how you guys think of these minifigs but I like the looks of them. I suppose the Ninjago wouldn't want to miss out next year set as those villain somehow got a very cool vehicle.

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean #4184 The Black Pearl Released!

For all the Pirates of the Caribbean in Malaysia, the Black Pearl has finally arrived and retail at RM460 each. However, the stock is limited just like the previous set.

#4184 The Black Pearl

I think most of the LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean collectors have a completed the previously released set and waiting for this one. Don't miss this one, as the stock is really limited.

LEGO Star Wars #7930 Bounty Hunter Assault Gunship Review

LEGO Star Wars #7930 Bounty Hunter Assault Gunship comes with the new and cool bounty hunters from Star Wars Clone Wars but how nice will the ship be? Bricks Review has made a review on the set which was released early this year.

I am not really a big fan of the bounty hunters and I have seen a few of the bounty hunters has been released by LEGO since last year. Is hard to resist such a cute and cool looking minifigs right?

Link to the review is right below the picture.

LEGO Dino Pictures

I recall there is a Dino theme before but at that time LEGO is not doing very well but I do like the chopper very much, is too late until I realize there are such a set from that theme. We all already heard the theme is coming back next year with a better looking dinosaurs.

#5887 Dino Defense HQ

The dinosaur now looks more detailed and I wonder will there be another extra large chopper that be release for this theme. For now, the set above is the largest in the theme. For more pictures, please visit HERE.

LEGO Creator #5767 Cool Cruiser Review

I believe this set were released not long ago and Creator again have new cars in the line. Eurobricks already got the review of this set up and it can be a useful references.

The collectors of Creator cars might want to add this one into their collection for the sake of completion perhaps? I think Creator theme is suitable for kids somehow since they can dismantle and build other model from the same set.

Link to the review is right below the picture.

LEGO Ninjago 2012 Pictures

This is not much of a something new but instead the pictures is up for a couple of days already. But for those who do not know about it, here's some picture taken from Brickshelf:

Is great to see all the new minifigs in it however, how could those ninja kick aside their awesome dragon and go for the machines?

LEGO City 2012 Pictures

The pictures for year 2012 LEGO sets just keep coming and I think next year City theme is pretty good especially the forest police subtheme.

#4440 Forest Police Station

New bear next year! Great! There are actually too many pictures for the City theme, in other words, there will be many sets release next year, so for the time being I'll just put a link here where you can view all of the pictures. We have to start saving now if you want to own every single set of them.

LEGO Star Wars #9495 Gold Leader's Y-wing Starfighter Picture

Next year we have two classic starfighter reissued and one of them is the Y-wing Starfighter. A very good news to the original trilogy lover but we have too much version of these fighter already.

#9495 Gold Leader's Y-wing Starfighter

We get a couple of new minifigs which is cool but the same starfighter with different design. I'm not sure whether this is an improve version or not as the 2007 version looks good too.

LEGO Super Heroes #6860 The Batcave Picture

There is definitely some improvement and downgraded in this set compare to the previous Batcave which I used to own (T_T). I still like it despite that and thank so much for reviving Batman which used to be a cool theme.

#6860 The Batcave

the old Batcave seems to have more pieces, bigger and more playability than this one has. But for those who still own the previous version of Batcave this one can be added to expand the Batcave. But the shrinking of the size somehow do bother me a bit.

LEGO Spongebob Squarepants

Spotted new pictures of two more LEGO Spongebob set which is set to release next year. Spongebob have their own version of Flying Dutchman, #3817 The Flying Dutchman and another reissue of Bikini Bottom, #3818 Bikini Bottom Undersea Party.

#3817 The Flying Dutchman

#3818 Bikini Bottom Undersea Party

The Flying Dutchman set is suitable for the kids and I like the way the DJ set is design in #3818 but the pineapple house interior is terrible and is just like a backdrop instead of a house.

LEGO Star Wars #9494 Anakin's Jedi Interceptor Box Art

Finally the release of Anakin's Jedi Interceptor box art in a clear version and this one is from prequel trilogy, Episode III. Perhaps a good news for collectors that TLG is focusing on OT and PT again other than Clone Wars?

#9494 Anakin's Jedi Interceptor

The Jedi Interceptor do have a clear improvement, now you can fit whole R2 into the astromech slot rather than just the head. Another Starfighter collection to be completed?

LEGO Collectables Minifigures Series 7

Not even the series 6 were release we already get the series 7 revealed. But these minifigs series thing do get more and more but at least within the affordable range. Picture below is taken from FBTB's Flickr:

Collectables Minifigures Series 7

There seems to have a lot of new parts in this series and some of the minifigs do look good. Still need to wait for a long time before we could get them huh.

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Box Art up on the Net

I am pretty sure that this is the finalize box art and they are surfacing on the internet now. Is best we save the picture just in case TLG ask them to remove it.

Also the planet sets seems to have different series like the minifigures collection. Another way to milk our money.

Thanks to the new member, eos512 from Eurobricks we get to see them before they were release. It making me droll even more. But to be on the safe side, I'll just provide you the link to Eurobricks. Just save the pictures.

LEGO Super Heroes Prelim Pictures

Can't wait to see what the upcoming LEGO Super Heroes set? We have seen those like Heroes Factory style Super Heroes and Villain set but I'm not speaking of that one here. What I'm saying here is the playset which not yet been seen. Anyway, the link below will bring you to a page where you can view some of the Batman and Superman set.

To see the pictures, please visit HERE.

Suppose this is not any hot news right now as it should have been days the pictures were floating around. I still think the old Batman playset is better compare to this upcoming new one. Please bring back the good design and playability.

LEGO Star Wars #7665 Republic Cruiser Review

A review of a quite an old LEGO Star Wars set has been put up last night by the reviewer at Bricks Review last night. It was the iconic ship from Episode I that were blasted after making appearance for a few awhile.

I see a lot of review on Republic Frigate that were put side by side to this ship for some comparison and both of the ship sure does have lots of similarity. But I think both set include us with an interesting lot minifigs.

Link to the review is right below the picture.

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean #4184 Black Pearl Review

Many of us, especially the LEGO pirate fans must have waited long time for this set to release and the pictorial review of this set is up at LUGpol.

You guys probably need translator to read the review. I think the ship looks good, just that the box art captured the wrong angle of the ship. Seeing the comparison with QAR they are about the same size. Also, the minifigs is great!

Link tot the review is right below the picture.

LEGO Spongebob #3815 Heroic Heroes of the Deep Review

The Penguin of Eurobricks made a review on #3815 Heroic Heroes of the Deep, which you get kind of special Spongebob and company in superhero suit.

The minifigs is definitely nice to have and this set seems suitable for kids to play with as it is not that complicated and rather simple. I do read some critics of this cartoon online, but I think it won't hurt to have the LEGO set.

LEGO Exclusive #10220 Volkswagen T1 Camper Van Review

The classic Volkswagen T1 Camper Van which people were talking about during the press release is finally released (not long ago). Eurobricks got two review of it and here I shall link you to one of the review, by dr_spock:

We get to feel the some of the features that this van has through this model and the designer is pretty much done a good job in designing this. I think those car lover should not miss this one although the price is a bit high.
